Colourful, happy orbitals!
A collage of several orbitals described by the spherical harmonic function Y_33.
I draw lines (with code - threejs) on surfaces described by mathematical functions (no AI), look at the structure from different perspectives and create a collage from these views.
Spherical harmonic functions are building blocks of spherical distributions in physics - like electric charge or probabilities in quantum mechanics. This picture alludes to the latter!
The colours have nothing to do with physics - they are just to emphasise how cheerful these orbitals are!
