Mounting systems

We offer a wide range of hanging options to ensure your artwork is displayed safely and comfortably. For classic canvases on stretcher bars, we recommend our practical sawtooth hangers as standard—either screwed or inserted. These are mounted directly onto the stretcher, allowing you to easily hang your picture on a nail or screw.

For larger, heavier formats or frames with decorative mouldings, we also offer solutions like oval hangers, heavy-duty brackets, or wire hangers to ensure maximum stability and security. For particularly heavy pieces, we expressly recommend heavy-duty brackets or oval hangers for reliable support.

For panels—such as printed aluminium composite, acrylic glass, or mounted prints—we supply special adhesive pads that are attached to the back and enable a discreet, stable hanging.

As a matter of course, all hangers (except adhesive pads for panels) are delivered already mounted. If you prefer to handle this yourself, just let us know—we’ll be happy to accommodate your wishes.

In the case of very thin frames with glazing, the configurator may not allow a hanging option. In such cases, the frame’s stability isn’t sufficient for safe mounting, and adhesive pads are also not a good solution. Please choose a wider frame or contact us so we can find a suitable and safe option together.

No need to worry: Our configurator only displays hanging options that are technically suitable and safe for your picture. Depending on the format, you’ll receive your artwork with either a centrally positioned hanger or two side-mounted hangers.
