We don’t believe in expensive certificates or greenwashing projects – we practice real sustainability with genuine common sense. For us, true responsibility doesn’t come from buying seals, but from consistent actions in our daily operations.
Whenever plastic can be avoided, we avoid it. We use our own carton shredders to turn old boxes and scraps into packing material. Bubble wrap is used only when it’s absolutely necessary for safety. For shipping, we focus – wherever possible – on CO₂-neutral options and short supply chains.
When purchasing, we work with regional partners, avoid unnecessary air and sea freight, and make sure our suppliers also handle resources responsibly. Our stretcher frames are FSC-certified, and for printing we use only high-quality pigment inks – for both quality and environmental reasons. We strictly reject solvent-based printing.
Our print media are made mainly from renewable, natural materials such as cotton, bamboo, hemp, rice, or mulberry. Internally, too, we always strive for a resource-saving and sustainable approach to energy.
We reject a throwaway culture. Returned items, misprints or frames with minor flaws are not thrown away, but donated to local charities. There they are reused or sold, with the proceeds supporting social causes. This helps the environment – and brings real joy in the form of unique artworks.
