Weighing nearly 400 g/m², 'Salvador' is premium quality. A one-sided coating enhances the canvas for printing while maintaining its flexibility for optimal stretching.

Its matte surface gives motifs a natural, warm effect. Colors closely match the original, aided by the canvas's natural white color. 'Salvador' is particularly suitable for motifs with predominantly light or transparent colors – shades used by Romantics like Caspar David Friedrich or significant British watercolor painters. Portraits, still lifes, or exquisite botanical paintings harmonize perfectly with the natural structure of 'Salvador', enabling authentic reproduction. While light-flooded scenes and high-quality graphics are perfectly reproduced, lush paintings of old masters may lose some brilliance on the matte surface, which would be better accentuated on glossier substrates.
