The Demetria picture frame offers its chosen art print a roof over its head - because the shape of this special picture frame is no different: with a height of 48 millimetres, the frame protrudes into the room and ends with a small "roof ledge" 31 millimetres wide. The roof character of this real wood frame is further emphasized by its black, which appears in the upper part of the frame like a roof covered with slate tiles. A pattern incorporated into this emphasizes this effect. Furthermore, the subsequent finish, which is applied with a matt silver - the viewer may also associate this coloring with a special ageing effect with a roof cornice with integrated guttering. Last but not least, this will please any art lover who believes their picture is protected. Not really from wind and weather, storms and rain - but the perception of Demetria's roof shape alone symbolizes the protection of the picture. Connoisseurs skillfully insert watercolours into this frame to achieve a double effect on the viewer.
