Egon Schiele was an Austrian artist, one of the most important visual artists of Viennese Modernism. His art provoked because he set no limits. But this was dooming him. He spent 24 days in jail for distributing indecent drawings. Nevertheless, naked women remained his favorite motive. One of them is called "Forward flexed female nude". It shows a woman bent over from the front. You can see Egon Schiele's style clearly: the hard lines, the soft colors and overly long limbs were typical for him.
