Painting Frames "Anja" |
Bronze • Serie: Biltmore • Width: 52mm • Height: 37mm |
The Biltmore series has another bronze frame in the program with the painting frame Anja. The real wood frame was designed in dark shades and provided with plenty of decorative ornaments, so that Anja is a real collector's item. Three different wooden slats were introduced over a width of 52 mm, each of which was given a special design by the designers. All three are almost the same in width, only the shape and the ornaments differ. Thus, the trio of trims begins on the outside with a bar with densely populated ornaments running at a 90 degree angle. Here you can see petals in rows of two, which are placed on top of each other with the leaf tips to the left. A deep inner curvature has been devised for the middle bar. For this, this copy has remained simple. Quite the opposite of the third border, which makes up the inside. Here the designers were able to let their imaginations run wild again. They provided the surface with many small dots like a copperplate engraving. Floral elements were placed on top of it, their shape clearly standing out from the frame. Like a relief, the tendrils and petals on this inner bar finally form the end of Anja. |
