Odilon Redon - “Bouquet of Poppies”

In this version, Odilon Redon’s “Bouquet of Poppies” appears as a vibrantly coloured depiction, somewhere between a still life and an inner visual world. The flowers do not merely occupy the space as a botanical motif, but appear as luminous apparitions whose shapes and colours create a tranquil, almost dreamlike atmosphere. Redon, a French Symbolist artist, combined precise observation of nature with a poetic, often mysterious mood in his works.
