De levering door Bpost was absoluut desastreus. De gemelde leveringstijd sloeg nergens op. Er werd niet aangebeld en niet geleverd op de voorziene dag. Er werd ook geen duidelijke informatie gegeven over wat er dan met het pakket ging gebeuren. Bpost absoluut te mijden

Leider habe ich bei der Bestellung zwei Fehler gemacht: erstens hatte ich icht auf die TGiefe des Rahmens geachtet und zweitens habe ich nicht bedacht, das mein Motiv „Die Toteninsel“ von Böcklin in einem relativ großem Format viel zu dunkel wird. Am COmputerbildschrim kann man das schlecht einschätzen. Das ist nur als Ratschlag für an...

Sehr guter, schneller und sehr netter Kundenservice. Bin mit der Empfehlung für einen anderen Druck sehr zufrieden und habe sogar noch Geld zurückerstattet bekommen. Lieferung war doch schneller nach Deutschland, als angegeben. Das war sicherlich nicht meine letzte Bestellung! Vielen Dank!
