Bin voll zufrieden. Ich konnte ohne viele Komplikationen noch ein weiteres Bild nachordern, es wurde dann der ersten Bestellung zugerechnet, so hatte ich die zweiten Portokosten gespart. Die Qualität ist top und die Beratung auch.

Leider habe ich bei der Bestellung zwei Fehler gemacht: erstens hatte ich icht auf die TGiefe des Rahmens geachtet und zweitens habe ich nicht bedacht, das mein Motiv „Die Toteninsel“ von Böcklin in einem relativ großem Format viel zu dunkel wird. Bei meiner Erstbestellung eines Drucks verliefen Bestellannahme, Bazahlung und Versand problemlos. Der Druck war sorgfältig und eben (nicht gerollt) verpackt. Die Qualität der Ausführung der Kopie (nicht im Originalformat) hat mich überzeugt. Ich werde sie weiter empfehlen. LH
