Painting Frames "Justine" |
Dänisch Gold • Serie: Base III • Width: 15mm • Height: 20mm |
With the Justine model, the Base III frame series presents a gold frame in a particularly elegant style. He makes up for his reserved nature in shape and size with the wonderful coloring in Danish gold. The delicate dimensions of 20 mm in height and just 15 mm in overall width appear much more powerful due to the intensity of the gold. This idea of the designers worked well, because the art connoisseur knows very well that any gold frame is an all-rounder, where dimensions hardly play a role. The makers made a highlight with the addition of red, which makes the frame look almost majestic. It has been delicately applied to the gold. Sometimes it accompanies the frame shape in parallel, sometimes it simply makes a sentence and appears as a vertical stroke on the frame. Every now and then the red also seems to want to imitate a wood structure. The mixture of the shiny gold and the cleverly used red basically allows any art style. Connoisseurs would still choose epochs or motifs that harmonize with the gold. On the other hand, works from the Biedermeier or Art Nouveau styles in Justine come into their own well. Anyone who is also an enthusiastic follower of Gustav Klimt will create an optimal complement of motif and frame with his works. |
